In the Fall of 2009 a men's group later to call itself "A Band Of Brothers" decided to get the word out to churches in the greater Portland area about the joy and complete reward they had been getting by meeting once a week at the Sherwood Coffee Company. They put together a brochure and began to talk to church leaders across the Western part of the State. On April 11th, 2010 over 180 men had signed up to meet Al and the group's members at The Farmstead Inn - Molalla Oregon. There were 180 men sitting and over 20 standing...This event was a great success. These men came to hear Alex Kettle's Testimony, Sermon, about "A Band of Brothers" and to learn about DNA (now Next Step Ministries)www.nextstepministry.net.
